Are you a former Collegiate Athlete?

This form is for all former Swanville High School students who went on to play a sport at a collegiate level (or a family member/friend submitting on behalf of a former Swanville athlete). This information will be posted to our Bulldogs Wall of Honor (click here to see the Wall of Honor). Please fill in the info below, and share to other Swanville alumni who played sports at a collegiate level. This includes those athletes who only played for one year or at a Junior College - any and all college athletes are being recognized. Once submitted, please send a photo of the athlete to jlee@swanville.k12.mn.us for upload (along with any questions/concerns).
